Elevate Recycling & Disposal was founded with a simple mission:
Provide communities across Utah and the Mountain West with dependable waste and recycling services backed by exceptional customer care, modern equipment, and experienced leadership.
Headquartered in Salt Lake County, Elevate was built specifically to serve the growing needs of Utah communities, businesses, and municipalities. While Elevate represents the next generation of waste and recycling solutions in Utah, our roots run much deeper.
Our subsidiary, RAD Curbside, has been serving communities throughout Idaho and the surrounding Mountain West since 2015. Through RAD's decade of operational experience, we've developed a reputation for reliable collection services, responsive customer support, and strong partnerships with local governments and residents alike. Today, Elevate builds upon that proven foundation to bring expanded resources, investment, and expertise to communities throughout Utah.

Elevate's executive leadership team brings more than 60 years of combined waste and recycling industry experience, including the management of over 100 municipal contracts throughout North America.
Dan Christensen
Dan Christensen is a transformational leader with more than two decades of experience in waste and recycling operations, business development, and strategic growth. Throughout his career, he has successfully improved operational performance for both independent haulers and Fortune 500 waste companies, helping organizations grow while maintaining a strong commitment to customer service and operational excellence.
Chris Hill
With more than 30 years of industry experience, Chris Hill brings extensive expertise in municipal operations, fleet management, customer service, recycling programs, and large-scale waste collection systems.
Chris has served in senior leadership roles with some of the industry's most recognized organizations, including Republic Services, Allied Waste, Browning Ferris Industries (BFI), and Champion Waste & Recycling Services. During his career, he has overseen more than 20 municipal contracts directly and provided executive oversight for more than 50 additional municipal operations.
His experience includes developing recycling facilities, implementing operational improvement programs, managing disaster response operations, and leading complex regional waste management systems across multiple states.
David Hudacsko
David Hudacsko oversees operations throughout Idaho and Wyoming and brings more than 15 years of experience in waste and recycling business development, logistics, operations, and customer engagement. His leadership helps ensure that Elevate maintains the personnel, equipment, and operational resources necessary to provide safe, reliable, and efficient collection services throughout the region.
Alexis Collins
A member of the Utah State Bar and graduate of the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, Alexis Collins oversees compliance, contracts, regulatory matters, and strategic growth initiatives. Her expertise helps ensure Elevate maintains the highest standards of accountability, transparency, and environmental responsibility across every community we serve.
