Residential Service
View Residential ServicesSimply enter your address through our online sign-up system to check availability, choose your service, and schedule your start date.
In many cases, service can begin within a few business days depending on your location and route availability.
Your collection day will be provided during signup and included in your welcome information.
If you believe your pickup was missed, contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll investigate the issue and work quickly to resolve it.
Place your cart curbside by the evening before your scheduled pickup or no later than 6:00 AM on collection day.
Place your cart:
- At the curb
- Wheels facing your home
- At least three feet away from other carts, vehicles, mailboxes, or obstacles
- With the lid completely closed
Yes. Additional trash or recycling carts are available for households with greater waste volume.
Contact us before your move so we can help transfer service or establish service at your new address if available.

We offer temporary (by day or week) and permanent dumpster options billed monthly. Whatever your project or business needs require we can accommodate the full length of your project, no matter how long (or short) it will take.
Yes. If your dumpster fills before your project is complete, we'll coordinate a replacement as quickly as possible.
Most dumpsters can be placed on driveways, parking lots, or approved job sites. Placement on public streets may require permits depending on local regulations.

Most household, construction, demolition, landscaping, and commercial waste is accepted.

If you're unsure whether an item is acceptable, contact us before disposal.
Yes, clean concrete is accepted. We can also accept clean concrete with rebar in separate containers. Both clean concrete and concrete with rebar need to be separate from regular municipal solid waste. Generally we accept concrete, brick, asphalt, and similar heavy materials in designated containers designed for heavy debris.
Some materials may be mixed depending on local disposal regulations and the type of container being used. Our team can help determine the best option for your project.
Billing & Payments
Customers can securely pay online through our convenient payment portal (click here) and available in the top right corner of our website and through other payment methods available for their account.
Yes. Automatic payment options are available for recurring service accounts.
Service agreements vary depending on the type of service provided. Our team will explain all terms before service begins.
We believe in transparent pricing. If additional charges may apply for overweight loads, prohibited materials, or extended rentals, we'll explain those before your service begins whenever possible.
Holidays & Weather
Collection schedules may shift around major holidays. Customers will be notified of schedule changes whenever possible.
Safety is always our priority. Severe weather may occasionally delay service, but our team works diligently to return to normal schedules as quickly as conditions allow.
Recycling
Recycling needs differ between residential curbside (coming soon..) and commercial accounts (available now for your business).
Accepted materials typically include:
- Cardboard
- Paper
- Aluminum Cans
- Steel Cans
- Plastic Bottles
- Plastic Containers with recycle logo numbers 1-7
Local recycling guidelines may vary.
Most residential recycling programs use single-stream recycling, allowing approved materials to be placed together in one recycling cart.
A quick rinse is recommended to reduce contamination and improve recycling quality.
